Product Availability
Due to the nature of manufacturers production cycles every effort is made to have stock on hand for immediate shipment. You will notified if an item is out of stock.

Back Orders
Our policy is NOT to back order out of stock items. You can have a standing product back order order on file. Also see Product Availability.

Product Returns
Your assurance of Complete Satisfaction or your Money Back Guarantee Policy is to call for your Return Material Authorization (RMA) and return the product or item within 15 days of receipt, prepaid and insured to the address provided with the RMA clearly marked on the outside of the shipment. *Refunds will be for the full amount of the product less shipping costs.

Shipping
All in-stock orders are shipped upon payment. Or when the made-to-order has been completed. Usually 2-3 days.
Shipping is by USPS,(our default). All shipments are either insured and or tracked. Most shipmentsare by USPS Priority Mail which provides 2-3 day delivery in the USA. Express service is available upon special request and actual shipping costs will be added to your order or billed seperately.

Refused shipments: The customer will be charged shipping, insurance and tracking fees for both trips.

Taxes
Texas orders will include 8.25% sales tax unless a Reseller Sales Tax Certificate is provided.
For international orders, VAT, duties and import taxes and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
